I’m an artist, which takes shape in many mediums. I love photography, especially nature photography. I work with my hands, weaving cloth, spinning yarn, beading, and playing my Native American flutes.
I was born in Rochester, New York, home of Eastman Kodak Company, where my love of photography was cultivated at an early age. I excelled in school art classes. A macrame’ wall hanging I made in high school, was selected to appear in a national show of artwork created by students.
At 19, I married my husband, a soldier, and spent the next 20 years living in Europe and throughout the United States, while raising two children, working administrative jobs, and preparing for the next move, the next adventure.
My passion is to take the beauty I see in life, and create something beautiful for others to appreciate. Color, texture, and creativity. Without it, I’m not sure what I’d do with my life!
Thanks for stopping by. I hope you come back often.
